COMMUNITY FOUNTAINS

A 80 hectares site located in the eastern part of China in the outside skirts of the city of Yantai, Shandong province. The new master plan design captures the traditional Chinese neighborhood layouts combined with the modern lifestyle.
Connectivity throughout the entire project was strongly emphasized by a pedestrian and bike path system linking the mixed-use areas and the residential areas. CREAR design Studio helped design all the common areas with fountains, parks and seating areas. The design of these fountains services the propose of a) main entrance fixture to the  development b) highlights the name of the development c)helps to solve the elevation difference from entrance to deck areaa c) gives movement and life to the main entrance and open spaces.
