This is a high density residential master plan with different typographies  oriented north-south. CREAR Design Studio was responsible for the design of the open spaces and its amenities.  Modern but yet adequate and balanced design was carefully planed. The incorporation of the five elements (fire, water, air, earth and wind) were a must in this development.  The fire and the wind were represented with a ribbon in the heart of the development. The water runs slowly along the development and reappears in the heart of the community were the synergy of the five elements meet in harmony
