This residence is located in beautiful and one of the oldest neighborhood in San Diego, Mission Hills.

The site has few particularities a) long and narrow site b) dense and mature vegetation surrounds the site c) lack of direct sun light most of the day d) the backyard has different elevation (steps that interrupts the spaces). The goal with the design was to create  functional and flexible spaces through out the entire garden (front and backyard).  CREAR design studio while designing primly focused in spaces that could entertain, relax and safely play. All the details proposed keep in mind safety and  are kid friendly ( since they have two little kids).  Materials have been carefully selected to coordinate with the exciting elements and client's desires.
