Parque de Valdebebas is located in Madrid, Spain, next to the new expansion of Madrid’s international airport. This Master Plans was developed together with the city’s committees and other consultants to ensure the best design to not only satisfy the fast growing demand for housing and business offices in Madrid, but also to create a detailed planned self-sufficient new town. The program consist of a mix-use development of residential, offices, hotels, retails and entertainments. The entire project is linked through a web of vehicular, pedestrian corridors, promenades, bike paths and green spaces/plazas.
The Ciudad Real Madrid (Real Madrid Soccer team facility) has been settled on the southern-east of this development, occupying 120 hectares of the original 1000 hectares site.
